<p>have a 98 intruder 1500. when engine is hot there will often times be a drag on the engine when i go to start it. it will usually start but sometimes not turn over well. i replaced the battery but it did not help. been told it could be in the starter or starter clutch. the bike has 70,000 miles on it.</p>
