I've got an older carbed bike (CBR900) that takes forever to "warm up" when I want to ride her. Once she gets going, she runs fine.

Is there anything that I could adjust, or anything I should check that might help improve this?

There are a lot of things you can do to change this, only one of which is what MikeSomething suggested. All of them will lower the MPG of your bike, however. I would leave it if I were you. Because if the carbs are tuned right, they will be tuned for when the bike is warm, not cold, so the air/fuel mixture will be too lean when it's cold, but perfect when it's warm.

Good point about tuning it for when it's hot, ie, when I'm actually riding. – mLewisLogic Feb 8 at 23:49

You could up the idle... That'll get it warmed up quicker.
